 三宅なほみ先生の講演聴いてきました |

６月１１日の土曜日に新宿で、東京大学大学院の三宅なほみ先生（教育学研究科教授）の講演がありました。
これは、財団法人ラボ国際交流センターの付設機関である東京言語研究所の公開講座の一環です。ラボスタッフも７人が、受講しました。
演題は「学びの過程のことばを追う」
３時間の講演だったのですが、三宅先生は休憩もとらずに、多くの実践から得た知見を、思いを込めてお話くださいました。
印象的なことばをいくつかご紹介します。
「最近の学習についての考え方＝TrainingとEducationを分けて考える
Training：無理やりやればできるようになる
Education：人の潜在的な能力を伸ばす」
「建設的相互作用を教室へ（この考え方はまさにテーマ活動と重なる）
・二人で考えたり問題を解いたりすると、自分の考えを見直すチャン スが増え、相手の解を「少し広い視野」から見直すことによって、
・各自が自分の考えを作り直し、その繰り返しによって深い理解（後 で新しい問題に応用可能な理解）が生み出される
・（ただし）同じ考えに収斂するわけではない」
「素材を用意し、環境を整え、子どもたちの力を引き出し、子どもたち 自身が自らの言葉でStoryをつくる授業を実現させていこう」
講座には埼玉県立総合教育センターをはじめ公教育の先生方も多く来られていました。「学び」のありかたを、より子どもの主体性が生きる方向に変えていこうと、先生同士、先生と社会人・研究者のつながりができ始めていることを実感しました。
