Yuka is back from Colorado.
She enjoyed her one month homestay
and came to Labo at my house last night.
She had a wonderful time during her homestay.
We could tell how she enjoyed her homestay
from the album she showed us.
The album was made by her host mother, Lori.
Making album is Yuka's host mother's hoppy.
It was a big and thick album full of pictures and beautiful designs.
Yuka showed us page by page.
We could tell where she had been, what she had done,
Who she had met, what she had eaten, etc...etc...
She had such a great experience.
I told my appreciation to Lori on Facebook:
Hi, Lori!
How are you and your family members doing?
Yuka is back to Japan.
She is now at my home for Labo
She showed us the album you made for her.
We enjoyed the album and enjoyed listening about her homestay this summer.
We can tell she really had a wonderful time with you and your family.
I appreciate you for giving her such a wonderful time.
Thank you very much for your hospitality.
She is going to share her experience with other Labo kids and their families.

We absolutely loved having her in our family
and she is ALWAYS welcome to come back anytime.
We tried to do many fun activities and still have time to relax.
We did lots of things,
but we were not able to do everything that we would have liked to,
such as going to Denver!

and we really enjoyed all of the Japanese items that she brought for us!

It was nice to meet Lori and her husband Erik on Facebook.
We can tell how Yuka's host family loved her
and showed their hospitality
and made her summer 2011 very special one.
Thanks to Labo-4H exchange program.
In November, I'll be attending 4-H Fall Coordinators' Conference
in Washington DC.
This Conference will be held as part of the cerebration of 40th anniversary of 4-H and Labo exchange program.
I'm looking forward to it.
I have to get well soon. lol

骨折の事を知り驚いております。私も３年前に肩を折りましたが約半年
かかりました。本当にあせらず治して下さいね！！実はコロラド州に参
加したラボっこのことが書かれていたので遊びに来て事故の事を知りま
した！！山川Pの平野貴之がカレッジリーダーでコロラドに引率していた
ので興味がありました。くれぐれもご自愛のほど祈っております！！

ご心配おかけしてもうしわけありません。
だいぶ良くなってきています。
ハッピーさんも骨折して、回復までに半年かかったのですね。
私も肋骨４本と肩甲骨をしっかり骨折してしまいました。
ゆっくり回復を待っていくことにしますね。
カレッジリーダーの平野貴之にお世話になったのですね。
