書店のお話会で使ったテディベア・パペットです。
I made this teddy bear puppet for finger-play in story-telling time at a book shop.
女の子と男の子バージョンの指人形をアレンジしたものです。足になっている人差し指と中指がかわいいと思うのは私だけ？
I once saw a boy and a girl puppets similar to this and made my original version of a bear. I think the fingers poking from the puppet is cute. Don't you think so?
Nearly ten years ago, I made several of these and gave them to my labo kids to play with.
もう１０年近く前、この「くまさん」の指人形を数体作って、ラボっこにプレゼントしたことがあった。遊ぶためである。
You can use your hands and fingers to play this nursery rhyme, but for smaller kids it is sometimes fun to see this kind of puppet or other objects.
手と指で遊んでも十分楽しいが、ちびっ子にとっては、時には、こんな指人形などを見るのも楽しい。
Actually I really like handy craft and made lots of things relating to Labo stories and nursery rhymes.
実は、手芸が好きで、ラボのお話やナーサリーライムにちなんだものを、結構たくさん作った。
For example, apron theaters of "The Three Billy Goats Gruff" , "The Three Little Pigs", and "Rice Ball Roll" , puppets of "This Little Pig Went to Market","Finger Family", "Round and round the garden" etc.
「がらがらどん」、「三匹の子豚」、「おむすびころころ」のエプロンシアターに、「このゆびこぶた」「フィンガーファミリー」「とっとことっとこお庭を回れ」の指人形等々。
It's a pity that the average age of my labo kids is getting older and older.
悲しいかな、うちのラボっこの平均年齢は上昇するばかり・・・
This spring, I was really surprised to find out all of them were qualified to attend spring camp, which means all of them are 4th graders and older.
この春、全員がスプリングキャンプに参加できるのを知って愕然とした。全員が４年生以上なのだもの！え”～！？
It's all my own fault , because I haven't been very keen on recruiting new members.
入会活動をさぼっていた、私のせいだから自業自得。
But, I miss smaller kids who love story-telling and finger-plays.
でも、お話や手遊びが大好きなちびっ子達が最近懐かしい。
And I also feel very guilty robbing the chance of the older kids to mingle with smaller kids within the party.
それに、大きい子達がちびっ子との交流体験をパーティ内で出来なくしてしまったことに対して、たいへん申し訳なく思っている。
Recently we have a few new members, but still, I feel we need more to make the group lively, which is what labo party shoud be.
最近数名の入会があったものの、ラボの本来の姿である、活気あふれるパーティにはもっとメンバーが必要。
Can anyone give me any advice?
